Decision Infrastructure for Brazil’s Tax Transition

RT•Base is not a reporting tool. It is a decision infrastructure layer built to operate during the structural tax transition defined by EC 132/2023.

The Brazilian economy will undergo a multi-year systemic change (2026–2033), where pricing logic, contracts, margins and tax credit flows will be continuously redefined.

Companies are not prepared to operate under this level of uncertainty. Neither ERP systems nor accounting offices provide forward-looking diagnostic capability.

Problem Definition

Today, tax decisions in Brazil are reactive. Companies only understand the impact after the financial damage is already embedded in operations.

There is no structured layer that translates regulatory change into actionable decision risk at the company level.

Product Thesis

RT•Base introduces a new category: pre-damage diagnostic infrastructure.

The system captures structured inputs (CNPJ-level context, contractual exposure, operational profile) and converts them into:

— Risk scoring (cash flow, pricing, contract exposure)
— Decision drivers (what is causing the risk)
— Executive recommendations (board-level guidance)
— Regulatory alignment layer (federal + state signals)

Why Now

The IBS/CBS transition is not a static reform. It is a rolling system change across multiple years.

This creates a structural gap where continuous decision recalibration becomes mandatory.

RT•Base is designed to operate inside that gap.

User Value

For companies: avoid margin erosion and contractual distortion.

For accounting firms: transform compliance into strategic advisory.

For legal professionals: anticipate disputes before litigation arises.

Product Architecture (Simplified)

— Front-end diagnostic interface (multi-step)
— Decision engine (RTCore)
— Regulatory layer (federative signals)
— Output generator (board-level report)
— Subscription logic (CNPJ-based)

Monetization Logic

The product is priced per monitored entity (CNPJ), not per report.

This aligns revenue with portfolio scale and embeds the system into the client’s operational routine.

Positioning

RT•Base is not SaaS in the traditional sense.

It is an infrastructure layer for decision-making under regulatory transition.
