This page provides the English institutional version of the RT•Nexus and RT•Base Terms of Use.

RT•Nexus is a Brazilian platform. These terms are presented in English for institutional convenience. In case of discrepancy, the Portuguese version governed by Brazilian law prevails.

Scope

Use of the platform

RT•Nexus and RT•Base provide technical, informational and decision-support materials related to Brazil’s tax transition and associated operational impacts.

Platform outputs are intended to support analysis and internal decision-making. They do not automatically replace individualized legal, accounting or tax advice.

Access Conditions

User responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information when using forms, diagnostics or contact channels.
  • Use the platform lawfully and in good faith.
  • Refrain from attempting to copy, disrupt, scrape or misuse the platform infrastructure.
  • Not present RT•Nexus outputs as a substitute for case-specific professional advice without proper review.
Intellectual Property

Ownership and use restrictions

The platform, its visual identity, texts, code structure, proprietary logic, reports, layouts and institutional materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rules.

No copying, redistribution, resale, reverse engineering or unauthorized commercial exploitation is permitted without prior authorization from RT•Nexus.

Outputs and Liability

Nature of the materials

Platform outputs are generated from structured logic, user-provided inputs and internal decision models. They are informational and decision-support materials, not guarantees of legal, financial or tax outcomes.

Users remain responsible for validating strategic, legal, accounting or tax decisions in light of their own factual and contractual circumstances.

Jurisdiction

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any issues involving interpretation, validity or enforcement shall be assessed under Brazilian law.
